The Program in 5 Steps

The hands-off way
to earn from a motorhome.

A turnkey program where we handle every piece of the operation — bookings, cleaning, insurance, support — and you get paid every month to help cover your loan.

1

Check eligibility

A 2-minute form. We confirm a few basics — Canadian residency, employment status, income range — and run a soft credit check that doesn't affect your score. If it's a fit, we move forward. If not, we tell you why and what would change that.

2

Get pre-approved & pick your unit

We connect you with our lending partners to confirm your loan terms. Qualified applicants may own a motorhome with $0 down. Once your terms are clear, we walk you through unit options — class, size, year, expected demand by city — and match you with the right one.

3

We acquire & onboard it

We handle the dealer purchase, inspection, registration, insurance setup and onboarding photography — all to commercial-listing standards. You sign one management agreement; we take care of every piece of the operation from there.

4

Listed across the top platforms

Your unit is listed on RVezy, Outdoorsy, RVshare and the RV Best site for maximum visibility. We optimize pricing dynamically by season and demand, screen every renter, and coordinate every pickup and return.

You collect the income

Monthly statements, monthly direct deposits. Bookings, cleaning, guest support, maintenance and insurance claims — all handled by us. You receive your share automatically and watch the income build over time toward paying off the unit and building lasting equity.
