These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of htrvbest.store and rvbest.ca (the "Site") and the RV rental, RV rental management, and managed RV ownership services offered by RV Best ("we," "us," or "our"), located at Balzac Blvd #260, Balzac, AB T4B 2T3. By using this Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
RV Best offers three types of service: (1) RV rentals to individuals for personal trips; (2) RV rental management for owners who list their own RV with us; and (3) a managed-ownership program in which qualified applicants may acquire an RV that RV Best then manages as part of its rental fleet. Availability, pricing, and eligibility for any of these programs are determined on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed by browsing this Site.
Any reference on this Site to potential rental income, monthly earnings, or "$0-down" ownership options describes possibilities under specific, disclosed conditions — they are not guarantees. Rental income depends on demand, season, unit type, and market conditions. Financing and ownership arrangements are subject to credit approval, income verification, and the terms of our lending partners, and final terms vary by applicant. Where you request an eligibility check, an initial soft credit inquiry may be performed with your consent and will not affect your credit score. A full credit application, if applicable, will only proceed after you have reviewed and explicitly agreed to its terms.
We aim to keep unit descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate and current, but errors can occur. RV Best reserves the right to correct errors, decline a request, or update information on the Site at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Best is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or its services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Alberta or Canadian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
