A renter books your unit on one of the marketplaces we list it on. The platform takes their payment up front and holds the deposit.
Renter screening, pickup walkthrough, mid-trip support, return inspection, full clean. You don't touch the unit, the guest, or the operation.
After the trip completes, the platform releases the gross booking amount minus their own service fee (typically 10–25% depending on the platform).
